  2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all forms of payments accepted by our payment portal partner, PayTR.
  3. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

  1. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the courier or other external factors.
  2. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds 

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. All items, are non-returnable and non-refundable once taken out of the original packaging.
  3. You may contact us to exchange the product for a different size of the same model within 48 hours of receiving it.
  4. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or the wrong size.

  1. All products are designed and tested by experts in the petcare industry such as vets and orthopedic doctors.
  2. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before using any of our medical products.
