If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp at +98 540 607 04 70 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once we review and confirm the reported issue, we will promptly arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Product Exchange
We offer free size exchanges for all our products. If your purchase does not fit correctly, please contact us via WhatsApp at +98 540 607 04 70 to schedule an exchange appointment.
Please note that exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The original product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
- You must visit our workshop with your pet, so our staff can take precise measurements and ensure the correct fit.
Exchanges cannot be processed by mail and are only available through in-person visits with your pet for measurement.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Customers may request a replacement or size exchange in accordance with the policies stated above.
