  1. All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery 

  1. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the courier or other external factors.
  2. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds 

  1. If your item arrives damaged, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours: +98 540 607 04 70. Once confirmed, a free replacement will be sent.
  2. Size exchanges are free. To exchange:
     – The product must be undamaged.
     – You must visit our workshop with your pet for proper measurement.
    • Exchanges are not handled by mail.
  3.  No refunds. Only replacements or size exchanges are available. Please read our page dedicated to the return policy found in the site’s footer.

7. Pet Care and Safety 

  1. All products are designed and tested by experts in the petcare industry such as vets and orthopedic doctors.
  2. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before using any of our medical products.

8. Liability 

  1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
  2. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
